Rocky and Bullwinkle are a sweet pair of bonded males. Rocky is the budgie and Bullwinkle is the lovebird. They are almost always side by side, and Rocky seems to be always watching out for Bullwinkle. 
Rocky seems to be in fine health. Bullwinkle is a ‘stargazer’. This is a neaurological issue caused in the egg. His head is usually tilted one direction and he does struggle slightly with balance. When very stressed, like if he needs to be picked up, he will often fall and lose the ability to control his body. This will require a home that is fairly stress-free and regular vet visits to help. It can also be startling when he does fall and can’t seem to regain his balance. Despite this, he leads a fairly normal life.
The adoption fee for both together is $60, and they must be adopted together. 

Behavioral Issues:

• Can be chatty/noisy
